My husband has been with them for about 7 months. They made a lot of promises but are not fulfilled. This company has a trainer that constantly lies to the drivers. Lease to own is a rip off and make the drivers are slaves to the company. Loads are decreasing, so down time increases.

If you're interested in QC , your success or lack of it often depends on the terminal you work out of. You really need to find someone you trust that works at the terminal you're looking at. They can give you the straight scoop. I have been here for 7 months and have a 95% positive view of the company in general and 98% positive opinion of my terminal. Which is Beaumont Tx. They continue to impress me overall. I would recommend it but as with anything DO YOUR RESEARCH! These threads will not substitute for talking to people at the specific terminal you might work for.

Is your post about Quality Carriers, the tanker company headquartered in Tampa, or is it about Quality Companies, affiliated with Celadon? I ask because those numbers look suspiciously like getting a truck through Quality Companies, affiliated with Celadon and you mention Quality company lease, not Quality Carriers lease.
