Way better money out there for good teams. Way better places to work. People who dont micromanage and are happy to have you. And treat you like it.

You need 3 mos. experience for Quest Global.
Benny Whitehead Trucking will probably hire you both to run teams. They haul lots of produce from the West back to Florida and Southeast.

I hired into Quest Global on Jan 3rd. Dropped my first load @ 0500 today.

Hasn't been bad so far, my co-driver already worked here, so that helps the transition.

 

Quest has had a lot of changes over the last couple of years. I have been with them since January 2014. Think they went through some growing pains. Lots of new employees in the office and the trucks. There has been a decrease in the number of picks out of California. Time between reloads have decreased and miles increasing.

 

Very interested in quest, was told a 5 day oreintation, what does that consist of?

 

It's a classroom style orientation, goes through company policies, benefits, HOS, electronic logs ( you'd be surprised the number of people that aren't familiar), customers, what is required for produce loads. I know I have read negative comments on here about Quest but honestly there are pros and cons to every company. I feel that Quest is truly trying to make changes for the better.
