I'm an employee of the company.

    Does that make a difference?

    No.

    It clearly makes it commercial.

Absolutely Commercial, IF they can pull me over pulling MY race car and say that it IS a Commercial enterprise because you are "racing" for a check, then I would have to assume that anything that has advertising on it IS getting paid something for that advertisement, hence Commercial.

    JMHO.

I don't know how many times I've stopped in various scales to ask questions. usually to learn the difference between, company rules and real rules, when I was new to the trade. still will if need be.
amazing how often the company says don't worry about it and DOT says best not do it or your in big doo doo.

If you get paid to drive it you have to abide by DOT regs. medical card, dot #s,HOS etc. the fact that it's wrapped or not really has nothing to to with it. The major thing is that you are paid to Drive it. I would think a big RV like that would come under rules and regs for Buses. Intrastate and Interstate will play a roll in it also as well as the 100 mile circle for logs

I moved box trucks for pay, from one rental site to another. No CDL was required.

No CDL was required but you need a "DOT MEDICAL CARD" if you get paid to drive a CMV
