question about a minor accident.

I've been driving about a year now. And within the first month of me driving, I scraped up a voltage box at a receiver from being ignorant/rookie, and not sleeping on my 10 hour break beforehand. Now, my company obviously saw it as a preventable accident and I know I need to Check my dac report, but my question is. How bad will this minor accident I had when I started out affect me getting another job when I try and find something local,will this forever haunt me when applying other trucking jobs? I know I messed up, I consider myself a good defensive driver, don't have issues backing, never had any other incidents.
