Question about aligning 2019 volvo vnl headlights?

I drive a company 2019 volvo vnl 760. The newer one with those really bright LEDs. Usually they are not a problem, however this recent truck I've had for the last 3 weeks has horrible alignment. It flashes all over the road into trees and into peoples side mirrors. I have been bothering the boss to get this fixed but looks like they don't want to fix anything that isn't mechanical.

I seen a video online on how to do it in older volvo's but can't find any on this certain model. I was going to take matters into my own hands and do them myself. Last night I was following another driver, for a while as there was a slight difference in governed speed I decided to follow instead of pass. After some time he let me pass and as soon as I passed he turned his high beams on and kept flashing his lights at me. Eventually after 5 minutes I got off and back on the highway. I've had another driver flash his super bright flashlight at me at night as well, to give you an idea of how bad they are.
