Once you test out doing the driving test if you pass you get a cdl
-
When you finish school you road test with DMV, get your CDL, then go with your mentor.
-
Make sure you get your chauffeurs added to your CDL
-
Where do you road test? will it be at the school, or back in your state?
-
that i dont even know, im pretty sure it will have to be in my state if i read all the rules right
-
Depending on the school you attend they will have something set up where they either come to the school and test you or they will have a place to go and have you take the test, but when you leave school 9 times out 10 you will have a CDL...

Millington you will go to your home state. Other schools the local DMV, DPS or whatever they call it in that state.

I was instructed to show the card to any cop, including NJ State Police, that pulled me over as well as to anyone attempting to hijack my truck. I used it twice after being boxed in during attempted hijacks and a dozen times after being pulled over by the police. The response every time was, "Have a nice day sir." I wish I still had that card...
