Question about Central Ref.

it is my beleif that he can have passengers day 1 if he is a lease operator but he may have to wait till after he has completed 1 yr of winter driving if he is acompany driver

 

Its going to be around the thirty day range or 30 to 60 and he will have to pay a passenger fee for having you onboard.

To answer your question it is the same day you upgrade but the catch is he needs to fax you a form to sign and you will need to fax it back and then they will deduct 129.00 from his pay but it is good for a year. hope this helps.
