at -40 you have a flat spot on your tire, anyway, so that should shake those ball bearings loose pretty quick ;)

I have them on all axles, including the trailer. Everything is wearing nice and even, and the ride is wonderfully smooth........

Well no sh@t Dick Tracy. I rotate and check balance every quarter bc the roads in LA suck!!
I just like to have piece of mind, and $40 to rotate and check balance is worth it.

When typing, I don't usually spell everything out bc I ASSUME it's just regurgitating info the everyone knows & does.
I try to keep my replies short and to the point.

I centeramic my drives and pusher axle but spin balance my steers twice a year. that will show me if there is an issue with a steer tire.

    skman and Cottonmouth85 Thank this.

Do you run them on your trailer? I ran them on a step deck I had, what a difference.

I always spin balance the steers, if the tire needs to much weight I make them give me a different tire. The centramatics are nice in case you throw a weight, it should still balance out. I've always had good luck with them.

I just installed a new set of steers and so far I am pleased with the results from 10oz of air soft bb's in each tire. Total cost $7.99 for enough to do 2 1/2 steers. If I change my opinion I will post it

I love the set I have on my truck, smooth ride and they keep the tire balanced over time and have extended my steer and drives lifes.

Tip tho, dont go for the cheap knock offs. They are normally steel with sand fillied, they rust and the sand gets hard and throws it out of balance.

Have Centramatics on drive and steer axles. Spin balance the steer tires as well. Nothing but Centramatic on the drives.
