Question about choosing a flatbed company?

I am just starting my "career" in the civilian trucking world. im still in school and im faced with the dilema of choosing between maverick and tmc?? i applied to both and both have told me that so far everything looks good. they are verifying my work history at the moment. i know this doesnt guarantee anything but if a pre-hire is given from both i would like to know which one would be the best to drive for?
