Question about DMV Driver Record

Did you take med card to dmv?

 

What they are looking for is your MVR... It is a list of all tickets and citations you have recieved.

 

Maybe the surrendered is when you upgraded from a regular license to a CDL????

 

Did you register your med card at the DMV?

This is the only thing about the OPs question that makes any sense to me. Maybe someone that has a California CDL knows how they do downgrades for expired physicals. Otherwise, it's not possible to have a DL that shows BOTH the CDL and License status as valid then show surrendered! Unless of course I am missing something. Either way, I am going to go sit on the porch and -----

Could be. Just because you submitted a new Medical Certificate doesn’t mean the DOT has logged it. I recently got a new MC and it took the DMV more than 30 days to log it. Of course, they blamed Covid for the delay.

Because you choose to live in Mexico’s Gay District it could also be a laundry list of items that have nothing to do with your driving:

Unpaid child support.
Lapse of consciousness
Alzheimer’s
Dementia
Cataracts
Diabetes
Macular Degeneration
Alcoholism or drug addiction
Epilepsy
Sleep disorders
Disorders that can cause a lapse of consciousness or, “episode of marked confusion”.
Any other physical or mental condition that can affect a driver’s ability to safely operate a motor vehicle

Who can report you to the DMV and result in your license being pulled? Anyone:

Medical professionals
Law enforcement officers
Judges
Family members
Friends
Concerned private citizens

It could be pretty much anything - real, imagined or even retaliation for an unrelated event. Your best bet is to contact the DMV.

 

If it were any State other than California, I would read that as parody. But.......I believe every word in that statement! And the folks that live there keep electing the same people over and over and over.........................Is it something in the water? the air, the professional sports stadiums? Do electric vehicles cause this?
