Question about DQF if under 10K lbs

Quick backstory, in the industry for little over 8 years. Never been a driver, have been dispatcher, upper management, and even software. Started a business for sprinter/cargo vans.

Lots of new information that I never dealt with before, such as the DQF I never thought that was a requirement lol

Since all drivers will operate NON CMV (Less then 10K) what does my DQF need to include or is it even required.

Bonus question, is there any website / forum / etc.. specifically for under 10K. Lots of info out there is mostly for actual CMVs.
