So I live near Knight Transportation and they have a job posted for home nightly 5 days a week and with the weekends off as well. That sounds perfect for me as someone who likes hometime. Question however, what exactly does home nightly mean? If the job starts at around 5 in the morning and ends around 3 in the afternoon, why would you be home 'nightly"? Edit: This is a day cab truck
There is no sleeper! I did not ask this question properly I believe. Fail

my experience,,,,home time means 10 hours.... my advise, sleep in the truck.....
-
Because you will be home every night. With my compny the local guys work long, hard hours. Good checks, but they go home to sleep during the week, not much else, from what I was told by a local driver. Some get called in on Saturdays. Also keep in mind daily commuting.

SLEEP in the truck, if a sleeper unit....why drive home and back?
-
