    As. long as someone on the internet tells you to, you're good to go. Internet lawyers have the final say. Just print these discussions out and save it for potential court and you have nothing worry about.

    They still require the HM endorsement AND you still need the ID placards as if they were full.

    Just treat it as maximum compliance so you dont end up in trouble. Why risk it? Assume the the strictest and you will be ok then look it up later. If you didn't know if the speed limit was 35 or 45, go 35 then you know you're OK if you pass a hungry trooper.
