On another note if there is any ( just a foolish assumption) weight issue you may have. Prime has a health and fitness coach. Siphewe (coach) has a weight loss program that many drivers seem to benefit from.

Related to this post, I am inbound to sprimo after I leave the beach (va-cay) for orientation for the 13wk Driver Health & Fitness program. I will start a new thread and do a running update throughout it.
