I'm still a student and working my way through school. I have a questions about my MVR.

I had an accident in Colorado almost 2 years ago which on my MVR it says "accident: Yes" but I went to court and fought the ticket (I slid into another vehicle) and the code shows E34 which is just a defective headlamp violation which put 1 point on my license.

Here in Florida, as the trucking gods would have it, my neighbor (drugy lady) 4 doors came up to me today and says I backed into her vehicle 4 DAYS AGO!!! She called the cops out and we exchanged information which obviously i didnt get a ticket for but it might still go on my MVR...

Will these two accidents or incidents prevent me from finding a job? I have nothing else on my record other then these two things....

Thanks for the wisdom in advance...

No, you will still be hirable. Might limit your choices, but you will find a trucking job right out of school.

My two top choices are Schneider and Roehl, do you think this would be a problem with either?

Gotcha, and just so I understand right, this wouldnt go on my Dac report or would it?

My impression is that the only thing that goes on a DAC report are offenses reported by trucking employers, correct?

You don't have a DAC if you're a new driver

You are right, But I would have told drugy Lady to go fly a kite or to #### Off! Your DAC is a corrupt system, unless the company is signed up with it, then they can not report to it or receive a report from it and as far as I know it is only for trucking and CDL Holders, Please read my Signature and do as asked! Thanks.
