am not telling u 2 b dishonest but u do have 2 report accident on mvr but if u got a good insurance company they will fight that lady but as long as your car don't have no paint that come off her car if it does go get bottle of finger nail polish remover and remove the paint tell her 2 please go to bloody hell u didn't hit her car if u can't avoid it if it's not showing i'm mvr shhhh! Don't tell nobody because trucking companies will want accident report which u don't have. Trucking companies look at accidents in a cmv. companies look 4 new hires as long as u don't have felonies. But let is pick a decent starter company. If u don't trucking company will train u for 2months and then let u go after they get all the cheap labor off u. You are not really safe till u get yo own personal key but then they may still having u scratch yo head.. GOOD LUCK!!!! on crazy lady!!!

I would...that's just me though...with all the reporting and info gathering things these days you never know where, when, or how it will come up...but it will. Nothing worse than someone coming to you and the first thing they say is..."hey why didn't you tell us about......"

Be transparent, Don't leave anything out, If they ask for it then you have it, if they don't then they know you are being honest. I would tell them about it and then let them decide. I wish you well, wherever you may go, If the check clears and they don't try to kill you then you should stay there at least a year. Good Luck.

Get a copy of your MVR and find out if your insurance company paid on it. If it isn’t on your MVR and your insurance company had no claim for it, do not list it.

They do not ask you to list every allegation that has ever been made ageist you by every nut job in the world. They ask for your driving history and if you didn’t back into her and you have not received a ticket it for it, it is not part of your driving history.

I’m a big believer in being honest and full disclosure but that does not include including false allegations.

If it were me I wouldn't if it's not showing on mvr what's the point in telling it's just gonna throw a monkey wrench in getting hired and its not being dishonest. I have seen what trucking companies do 2 people that list accidents that happen in their personal car it's not pretty and then the accident is no where on mvr trucking companies is not going 2 call yo insurance carrier and ask them if u have any accidents. Sometime it's best 2 tell them as little info possible 4 u 2 get job.

Go to the DMV and pay the $12-15 and get a 10yr report... Then you would know for sure.
