Hey I have a question,
I know that you have to be 21 at least to go out of state
but I was wondering if their is any rule/law about being under 21
and still going out of state but having someone else in the truck that
is at least 21 with a CDL to basically supervise you.
thanks for answering. :

Like on a permit? Either way you gotta be 21 to be interstate, as soon as you cross that line your in trouble
-
had someone with you who was 21 or older to basically supervise you,
you would be okay to cross the state line. -
Bottom line is YOU CANOT DRIVE on the interstate till you're 21.No need to risk it either,How would that look on your CDL to a recruiter?

The only exemption is for kids working on farms, and i know there is a mine in like OH or something in that area on a state line drivers for them only have to be 18. But other then that you are stuck Intra-state till your 21. You live in BFE, USA go find a farmer to let you pull his (insert whatever here)

you can drive ON the interstateyou just cannot drive INTERSTATE (meaning you cannot drive outside of your state of residance)

You may only drive within the state. Period.
