I have never seen anything in the federal rules that allows hair testing, so I doubt the pumpkin is testing hair....unless they want to be in violation of federal law.
Or are you saying they require you to have hair to work for them????![]()

Federal Law mandates minimum testing and hiring standards. Companies can enact any policy as long as it meets or exceeds those requirements.
That is why some companies do an actual physical test and some don't. Some run the bare minmum urinalysis, some do an in depth hair test. -
But luckily the shaved look is cool nowadays..
But remember to shave not jsut the curtains, but the carpet as well. Hehehehehe

I did some more reading on this subject....
You are right, hair testing can be done.....apparently it is expensive, so most companies do not do it. But it does give more history of drug use than any other test out there....up to 90 days of past drug use can be detected. -
I was a "teenager" (implied euphemism) once, and I can say as a "teenager" I was always laughing at the guys that would drink half a keg of beer, then vomit all night, then feel like they got hit by a truck the next day. All while I was eating twinkies and pondering the cosmic origin of my sneakers.
I thought hair tests went back a lot further than that. -
