Foodservice pays better than Coke and beer. HOWEVER running off the ramp with a loaded hand truck can be dangerous if you're goofy. All of them will require you to have a good measure of health. You don't have to go OTR in order to get a local job. I started out local.

I actually just gotnanjob at a gas station action. I start tomorrow.

Sysco didn't give me a physical when I started. I had more than a year left on my current medical card though.

Even at 300lbs anyone would struggle running ramps there though. Look for a shuttle driver position there if possible.
