On Primes website it states that
Well about a month ago I got into a fender bender while driving my U.S. vehicle up in Canada. The cop gave me a careless driving ticket and I'm having a lawyer take care of the ticket for me. My court date is in November, which I wont be present due to me being 1700 miles away. Now that's all that will be on my record. Will this hurt my chances? I'm not even sure if it's on my record yet, but will be checking that today. If it is, and I notify the recruiter of this and tell them it's going to be stricken from my record, will that be ok? Just looking for some insight. Thanks

If it hasn't been through the courts yet, it shouldn't be on your MVR - do check, and get the in-depth report if they have one. That being said, if you go to orientation, they will go through your records with a fine-toothed comb. It's better that you're up front with the recruiters than to try to hide it - they're much better with a problem that your truthful about, than a surprise that you try to soft-peddle on the way in.

Is a Canadian ticket really going to show?
-
At orientation, they use a fine toothed comb to go through your life. If you have a legal issue that would prevent you from legally entering Canada - the Canadian authorites can access that easily enough. Wouldn't be willing to bet a career that someone can't find that Canadian ticket.
I've heard that many companies will put on your DAC that they caught you lying during orientation... end of driving career.
