When calling companies and talking to recruiters is it common to ask them to put what they say in writing like in an email or something? I read a lot on here that recruiters lie all the time so why not ask for it in writing if offered a job by them? Or is it a waste of time because what are you gonna do anyway sue them?

I dunno i think i answered my own question with you really can't do anything just move on to another company if they lied.

You sign a contract through email or is done when you arrive at the company?

Yeah so you sign it when you arrive there at the company? I'm trying to avoid traveling far to a company for them to tell me totally different things that the recruiter said. The one company i'm looking at is like 1,000 miles away from me that would suck to get there and they tell me no your pay is .30 a mile...the recruiter told you .35 that was wrong. That's what i want to avoid.

CPM is public knowledge. Usually on their website.

just ask them to send you an email to remind you of the conversation. Ask them to include the details you are most conc You don't have to call them a liar.

Ask for an email confirming the details you are worried about. Name each one. Don't be like many drivers and expect the company to read your mind. Tell them you have several offers and want to compare them on paper.

You're not going to get anything in writing.Recruiters don't know anymore then you do.They have a memorized script they go by.I would ask other drivers your questions not recruiters.

Keep in mind also that various company policies can change frequently with some of these companies. So what the recruiter told you three months ago might not be the case anymore three months from now. So it's not necessarily that they lied, but things just changed.
