If the fiberglass wall from the trailer was separated from the foam insulation, what is the best way to repair this. It looks like it was previously sprayed together, so i'm looking to find out what kind of product could i use to fix it.

Do you have bulges in the FRP down the wall where it has seperated? If this is what your talking about, it must be a Utility. They have problems with that because they don't inject the foam until the walls are constructed. Most repairs I've seen on these is where they will drill holes in the FRP where it has seperated, and inject expandable foam into these areas. Hope this helps.

IMHO - the problem is that the foam itself is starting to deteriorate, so gluing the FRP panel back on isn't likely to last long. If you can measure out where the stringers are, the plastic expanding nailer type anchors might be the easiest way to connect to them, since you can do it from the inside on all the panels without removing all of them, and they're common fasteners to use for panel attachment, air chute attachment, etc.. drill the right size hole, insert the expanding anchor, & hammer the nail in to secure. Might be the easiest fix, and the plastic anchors won't rust when you get a washout.. or from everyday moisture...

I'd try one area as a test, as I found the stock ones inadequate to hold my air return bulkhead & using new ones wasn"t adequate either - ended up with toggle anchors for that, but getting hit by forklift loads is a lot more stress than the walls take.... (grin)
