    If your license gets suspended...wouldn't it be the state that issued it N.C. not N.J. if it is suspended...doesn't that mean you have no license at all...and can't drive anything

    Did she send you a copy? Do you know whether or not you have to show up for court? How much fines are you looking at? Have you been in contact with the DA who sent the letter?

    Have you heard ANYTHING from your company, in particular the safety department? Are you near the house or a place that you can drop your gear?

    Yes, it would be NC. If NC has an honor system with NJ, they will suspend his license at the request of NJ.

    My company didn't say that state of NJ said anything. I was told that they gave my info to the officer. My lawyer is doing the initial stuff on it. My court date is the 12th. And no I never got a copy of the citations.
