I'm not sure. At this point, I'm more scared than a mouse in a room full of cats.

Hmmmm, that seems a little harsh. How did y'all deal with it when you got the person in court? I mean if it was an honest mistake, would the person be released on his own recognizance?

What’s done is done just calm down and let your attorney handle everything. Even with the company.

Yeah, that is what I'm gonna do. My biggest fear is if my license does get suspended and I lose my job, how am I gonna pay anything? I won't have a job or enough income to take care of it. I'm already paying for the damages to rental vehicle that I hit a deer with during CDL school.

Well leaving the scene of a accident is a criminal charge not a moving violation again here. But it really doesn’t matter a ticket or a warrant are both basically charging documents.

Your attorney should easily keep that from happening.

You did give it a go. The issue is Stamina. You will build that up. Don't get frustrated. If you do... make sure you pull off and yell at the trees over yonder. Don't blast your dispatcher on the phone...

little things happen in trucking. Not always pleasing to the company people. I turned incidents into stories. Eventually. Once the sting has gone out of it. Particularly when Suits are involved. (Someone who waddles up to the truck and issues a Edict that you will do this right now with that truck. Disregarding the impossibility of the situation. That is where the money starts to change hands fixing the damage of such a Edict. Firings too. ... Just raw material for stories.

I have never. EVER. Been fired for this, that or something else.

Then what have I been fired for? Well if you went by the middle level management doing the firing, I cost too much money. Never mind the situation in the beginning. They don't care if it happened or not AS LONG NO ONE THERE HAS TO SPEND a dollar over it fixing your boo boo.

Can anyone tell me whether I should take my home time more frequently? I believe that I should because I can tell that i get more and more easily upset over the little things that I see on the road after about two and a half to three weeks.

Hmmmm. Well, my lawyer did say he was definitely gonna try and get that and the failing to report an accident charge off.
