Hey guys, I recently got a job hauling crude oil with doubles, most of my driving experience is with small straight trucks, and the amount we usually carried was usually the same for every truck, plus never went through any ports. Now though the trucks are different, and I go through a port every day, no one really seems to have a straight answer on how much we can load etc. So my question is, how do I determine how much weight I can carry given the various examples such as, A, on a pup, with two axles, vs a pup with 3 axles, vs a pup with 4 axles, how much total over all on the truck, how much on the drive axles with the pusher down, how much on the main tank with 2 axles vs a main with 3 axles? Can someone please explain this in simplified details. I cant really find and resources that answer my specific questions. Thanks
Also the state is Utah.
Edit: i also do understand that the oil will have a different weight per barrel depending on the gravity of the oil.
Question about weight with doubles.
