Here's my question, I got a reckless driving citation just shy of five years ago. I pulled the state records recently (from FDLE) to verify there were no other issues, it still has my judgement as 'adjudication withheld'.
What exactly does this mean? If I am questioned do I have to tell them about the ticket since apparently I wasn't found guilty? I know I had to pay a fine, but I have no idea what adjudication withheld means.
Question, adjudication withheld

Thanks Gizmo, looks like I won't have to report this to employers. Maybe I'm wrong, I'll find out soon enough.

I got a ticket for improper backing.
Got adj. Withheld and it took the points off my license but its still on my mvr. Id tell them about it.

Just because you may be found not quilty does'nt necessarily mean it won't be on your MVR does it?You better get a copy of your mvr. Also it's almost 5 yrs old anyway so you're pretty much in the clear with many companies.
DrtyDiesel Thanks this. -
