Question - Air Sound in Cab when I press Fuel / accelerate .

You might be able to hear egr valve leak if you remove 7th injector completely and stick stethoscope in there. With a software you can see negative reading on a egr delta pressure sensor on a cold start up when egr should be completely closed to speed up warm up process.

 

Your best option to find hard to find leak

 

On cold start when the engine is loader that means the egr is closed right?

 

yes on cold start egr is closed, but you van have a egr valve leak when you do a boost psi test most of the time they do leak a little bit from the valve disc or the sealing surfaces.
