Greetings,
If a company has a all air ride unit, 53 foot dry box with vents.
What would be your target loads for that setup to haul?
Thanks in advance

Not sure I understand the question.
That's the type of trailer that I normally pull, and my target loads are anything that will fit in the trailer, doesn't leave it a stinking, smelling mess (baled trash, split wet cow hides, baled milk jugs, etc.), and meets my minimum revenue requirements.aiwiron and dannythetrucker Thank this. -
Might want to get rid of the "t" in equip(t)ment... Just saying

With vents you could be able to take advantage of produce loads that only required vents ( watermelons, the occasional load of flowers that does not need a reefer, etc... ) I had vents installed on a 53' once just so that I "wouldnt miss out" on a potential opportunity. Only ended up using once or twice.

only time I have used my vents I installed were when I was out in MA. I had hauled a load of squash. That stuff gave of a ton of moisture overnight.
It took two days of driving with the vents open to dry out the trailer.
I put them in because last fall I missed out on a few $3.50/mile potato loads from around the house.
I could have loaded onions in the van as well at the right time of the year also.
I have hauled several loads that required an air ride.
All of them are glass loads to do it too.aiwiron and Asphalt Anarchist Thank this. -
brokers equipment... I figured this would be a thread about office equipment.
