I have to add some multiplex switches to a Cat CT630 (AKA Prostar) truck that already a full bank of 6 (the one with 6 switches and 3 gauges) so I need to add another 6-pack bank of switches, my question is where do I find the part number for the 6-pack bank of swithces?
I have searched the Navistar body builders book and cant seem to find the part number, I have all the other part numbers I need, just not the switch bank.

Techs don't get access to the parts the same way we get access to tech information. Your best bet is call your local International dealer, give them the last 8 of your VIN, and tell them what you want. We don't have these yet in North America, so I am not sure how much help I can give you.

    Jas Thanks this.

I have parts access but because the truck didnt have a 6 pack of switches from the factory I cant look it up under the VIN number, the local internation dealer wasn't any help either.

They should be able to go by model search and locate the switch panel. If you have access to parts then you should too. Sorry to hear you got bad service. They should have been able to help you for sure. Also, do you have access to Body Builder software to program in the switches?

I only have parts access through NC2 the Navistar-Cat joint venture which doesnt have all the features of a Navistar dealer. The lack of service from the International dealer is due to International being sold though Iveco dealers out here until recently.
I do have access for programing switches though Diamond Logic Builder, only thing I cant do is write advanced logic.

I have a 1999 international 4700lp with a 530e engine. I left NC last week and prior to leaving had the oil and all filters changed. 3 days ago the truck was parked leaning towards the drivers side and the 50 gallon feed tank got to E on the gauge. I have a 50 gallon tank on each side. I drove the truck around the circle and parked it so the other tank would feed into the supply tank which it did. I then drove to the filling station. While driving to the filling station I noticed the truck was running really rough, almost like a cylinder wasn't firing. I guessed that maybe crap from the bottom of the tank had clogged up the new fuel filter so i went and bought another...both actually, including the water/fuel separator filter. I changed the first fuel filter and expected results unfortunately got none. Tomorrow I'll change the water/fuel separator filter tomorrow as well as the cam sensor if I don't see results. I'm kinda baffeled as to what it may be. Is it possible some junk got past the filters and clogged a fuel injector? I cleared all the diagnostic codes from the system and drove about 40 miles at speeds in excess of 70mph. I then checked the codes again and only 111 registered. Any thoughts?
