Hi drivers - I’m building a tool to make dispatching easier for O/Os. I’d love to talk to a few of you (just 20 mins, phone or Zoom). Not trying to sell anything, just want your opinions and to build something better. I'd be happy to share early access with you.

DM if you’re open to helping. Thanks in advance.

About me: I used to work as a Dispatcher for a Carrier, and then as a Manager of Dispatchers.

Thanks for your reply. It hasn't been done this way before, I can guarantee you. I'd welcome a chance to show you what I mean, if you're interested?

There's nothing easier than sending an email or handling a phone call. Services or apps are not needed.

    86scotty and Siinman Thank this.

Hey @TexasRiverRat @Crude Truckin' - I appreciate the responses. Our goal is simple: help you run more miles, waste less time waiting, and keep more money in your pocket — without dealing with constant back-and-forths or chasing brokers.

How we plan to do that: We're integrating a new kind of AI co-pilot that helps plan your week, surfaces better loads, and handles a lot of the annoying admin (calls, updates, booking, etc.). We want it to act like your personal dispatch assistant that actually listens and can update — but without the high fees and headaches. With your HOS, it can run through millions of load combinations to optimize and map out a series of loads as well for the rest of the week to get you home, or wherever you need to be. Of course, there will be human operators available as well, but we want the heavy lifting (i.e. all the HOS calculations, route planning, etc.) to be done in the background and automatically for you in real-time.

I'm curious what struggles you've had with dispatch services in the past and what the key features/functionality you'd want to see? We have a whole road map planned out, but I want to make sure we create something Owner Operators actually want and will use, as oppose to things that are just flashy.

Let me know if you have any questions - I'm happy to answer here or over a direct message.

    I stopped reading at 'AI'.

    Please go away.

And why do you think that 'running more miles' is in any way a path to success? Owner operators who might consider dispatch are already
circling the drain if they are thinking miles equal money.

Don't bother replying, I won't be reading it.
