So it all comes back to how long you want to stay out then? The longer you stay out the more miles you get per year? I'm not looking at getting rich my first fews years out, just a comforable living. I'm coming off a job that I hated and busted my ### doing at a factory (whelen engineering) and only bringing home about 300 dollars a week wich meant about 20,000 last year!

yes the longer you stay out the more you make, your only going to Gross $25,000-$30,000 your first year if you go with roehl.... So If you can stay out longer then 14 days it would be worth your time. Plus more miles = more experiance (to you)

Ok, so no matter how long I'm willing to stay out I should expect 25,000 to 30,000 then? Like I said I'm not looking to become rich in my first 2-3 years on the road. But still thats not to bad for someone who really has no baggage, mortgage, rent, car payments or kids. But hey, it's still a decent start. Unless someone knows of a better way to make more money in my situation with a diffrent company? :biggrin_25523:

Like I said I still have a few days to decide! You all have been really helpful, and I thank you all!

well ya you could go work for Maverick or the company I work for (watkins Shepard) and you'd make allot more lol. But the longer you stay out the more you make...so if your cool with 20-25 take time whenever you want lol. I prefer to make as much $$ as I can so I can stuff my 401K now while im young so that I can retire early.....I like to plan ahead hahaha

Well yeah money is always a nice thing to have! But I need to get my experience first and make some decent money along the way! I checked out the two companies you mentioned and they both seem great, they just aren't hiring in my area!
