    "Was this position a safety sensitive function subject to alcohol and controlled substance testing?"
    Had to take a drug test, so Yes....

    and...

    "Was this position subject to the FMCSR?"

    Not sure if schools are or not? Yes or No? I'm guessing yes, and am filling out an app.....but you know how recruiters are...:biggrin_25516:

    Those questions are referring to previous jobs, not schools. So if the job in question was not a truck driving position, you would answer 'no'.
