Question on best way to start.

    Hello everyone. I have my cdl a clean mvr driving 19 years or so local very little otr. My kids are grown and my wife wants to get her CDL and us team. I'm game with that as she has drove a little in my co truck and does just fine. Looking for company that will train her to get CDL and hire us both as team and us not getting the royal shaft for the first year. I expect to get shafted a little as it just comes with the territory. So far looks like Schneider has best program for the both of us and still make a living. Any input will be helpful.     I'm halfway through a community college training program, I would recommend the same for your wife. All the companies I have talked to really trust the quality of training.
