Question on doing a Fuel leak fix

    @adayrider apprecitae man. I went ahead and got a new splitter, plugged the one port, and got all new fittings for good measure. About $100 for everything.

    To those who read this at a later time, I took the fuel fitting going from the tank to the splitter off first, then quickly put it up in the air and zip tied it. That one was the source of the fuel. Lost only a little fuel. Then the other fittings barely dropped any after that, but still zip tied them facing up. Didn’t need to re prime the the motor or anything. Fired right back up, still checking for leaks, looks to be good though.

    That'll work but a waste of time to put a new splitter in only to plug one side. Could have just taken the splitter out and hooked the hose right together

    Exactly. Now that I have a little more experience with it, I might would of done it that way. Plus with the splitter it keeps the lines nice and tight from vibration. I mean, it could still be tight if I did like you said and zip tied it down too.
