    So you guys would suggest saying no? I was on a 72 hour observation but let go. This won't stop me will it?

    Nope. I went through the same thing in 2003. It didn't stop me from obtaining my TWIC. I also answered "no" on the form.

    Someone who would know also informed me that they check back 7 years....I wasn't told to say no but simply told they only check back 7 years do what you want with that info thanks guys
