I have heard alot of good things about Maverick. That being said, whats the best way to get on with them? I know I am new to the industry so this might seem like a dumb question. My plan is to find a company to teach me how to drive and get me some experience, a couple of years. This will probably be a company like USA or Swift etc. I am willing to earn my way there just wanted to ask.

Go with either company & stay until your debt is paid, then move to Maverick. Didn't you say you have sleep apnea? If so, get your machine before reporting to orientation. If you run into snags, check with Panther Expedite, their website says they will hire with no experience to drive cargo van & box truck. It's a start anyway, gets your foot in the door.

By the way, your questions are not dumb as you implied; the only dumb questions are the ones not asked. Don't worry, you will find your niche in the trucking world.
