    Does anyone know how much a out of lane citation costs in California...?

    Depends on where it happened. Different cities and counties have different fees that they tack on to the base fine. I got one on the Grapevine in May 2012, cost me about $290.

    It was right before going up cajoun pass. So i guess thats right outside San bernadino.
