Questions about alcohol and driving...

And isnt the law reduced for Cdl holders in there personal vehicle? Whereas a .08 is a dui for most for Cdl holders it's .04? Or is that just an old wives tale?

I would have told them Im on break and that is an on duty status. I would much ablidge once my break is up.

I could be wrong but I think .04 in cmv gets you arrested. But anything over
.00 gets you out of service and most likely fired

Just downloaded IL latest cdl manual. No alcohol in cmv. .08 is dui arrest in non cmv. .04 is dui arrest in cmv. Over .00 in cmv is 24hrs out of service, no arrest or ticket.
Also school bus driver over .00 dui arrest.
