Does anyone have any info on arrow securement training, I've got plenty of road experience but no flatbed time in. I know I've read some bad stuff on here about them, but in west Texas oppurtunity is few and far between. Is their regional run still awful? How was the orientation in Tulsa?

There is/was a basic load securement class in orientation when I hired on in"04. I had experience, however. I think no experience dudes run with a trainer for a week. I only worked there 1 month. At that time, they left a lot to be desired. Orientation was thorough.
