yeah I don't get an incredible wage through training-450 wk, but it's better than sitting at home making nothing.
If I had to do all over I probably would of went with Prime and got paid to train. -
just take your time and be careful.when you finish your 1st yr. you can go anywhere. ive been retired for 10 yrs and had to go back to cdl school*(refresher course) now im a rookie again. 25 yrs of experience gone.having to start over but im looking at a local job they require 12months otr,darn ,they paying $1,200+ a week, i cant believe how much pay has gone up.looking at jobs on indeed.com

11 cpm wasnt that bad back in 1980 i would guess?

at 3000 miles a week at .11cpm = 330 bucks and if you did this every week for 52 weeks = 17k
Median Income in 1980 for a household was 16,166. Adjusted with inflation, today that would be 46,995. Or, in other terms, 903 a week.
Yeah, not bad. Although 3000 miles a week is on the high side
by the way, I am not that bright--- but the internet has a lot of information if you know how to look for it. -
I thought it was 11 cpm for training?
