Trainer I had told me he delivered a load of tires somewhere once. For some reason, he said they told him he had to unload em. He had a trainee with him and trainee refused to help. Said it about killed him. No way I would have done it.

When I drove for USA Truck I hauled a bit of tires out of Spartanburg SC. Every load I can remember said driver was responsible to help unload. I never did. In fact I got told once to go either sit in the break room or my truck.

I sold tires about 20 years ago. Hated it. lol
May have to try the baking soda thing. -

so I guess I could start a whole new thread about this question but why bother, I'm sure you guys can tell me here.
I got paperwork about the upcoming orientation. It says something about a .14c Per Diem.
What does that mean exactly? -

make sure you have your soap on a rope when you take that "team shower"
Locke Thanks this. -
This topic is out of control! Haha but funny

The key thing is finding out if your company will charge you for administration of this per diem pay.
Did they give you the choice of opting out of the per diem program?.White_Knuckle_Newbie Thanks this. -
The nice thing is, I'm pretty sure that the per diem thing (one way or another) doesn't start till I am on my own.
So by then, (if it isnt forced) I can figure out if I want it or not.
But, I think it is. The paperwork that I read this on, was a form that I was sent from HR to have as my copy and they said I would be signing this when i came in. Somehow I don't think they keep another copy for people who don't want the per diem.
Last question, how does it work? I mean, are they putting the .14cpm on a card for me or will it be direct deposited every day?
