Questions about Maverick Transportation

Some of our loads are tall that we have to tarp. It is loads like this that make it tough.


Nothing to get a foot hold or hand on. Then when you get your tarps unrolled you have to climb down off of this and with the tarp if you did have something to hold onto it is even harder because you now have a tarp between you and your footing. A lot of times I have to climb onto the headache rack and launch myself towards the load. Then after I get up there I wonder now how the heck am I going to get down??

 

Does Maverick run teams?

does maverick hire out of new york state also looking for a good place to start.. i am near albany nyill be done with school by the end of april

 

Mavericks' specialized division hires as far as NY but the flatbed division does not. Look at their web site for a map of the hiring area.

 

Hey Notarps, I just wanted to let you know that Maverick accepted me and I start on the 27th of April!!!

Anybody starting oreintation on the 20th? That's when I'm schedueled to be down there.(Little Rock) Just curious if anybody on here will be down there then.

I am on the Maverick "Call List" to start on the 27th also. Monica said she would call me the week of the 21st to confirm me to start on the 27th. I too am very interested in knowing what i should bring with me to Little Rock. I have never packed for a career change and being away from the house for 8 weeks!
