Questions about Maverick Transportation

Did Ya start trucking with Maverick?
I'm Waiting to get started w/them, I'v B\been told it will probley be Dec. 1 st.befor I go to Little Rock. Have you run through Mi. much?

Yes I started off with Mav. You will like little rock ,that place is impressive .
The training is first rate there and at Laurinburg.
Are you going into Specialized ? if you are you will run thru MI alot , we do a lot of
Canada too and almost always cross at Port Huron for Ontario loads. they will usually
run you to Canada when your due for home time when you live in MI. works out pretty good .
The guys on the steel side run up here also.

How are the miles at maverick? I have been hearing bad things but i talked to paul a month ago and i am on the oh/mi border and was in a good lane. So he said. I am juggling maverick and rohel and tmc right now and driving myself nutts hehe

Only from the drivers that I talk to.

 

was told today they have frosen hiring until 1st of the year.

 

Some weeks are better then others , getting in to the seasonal slowdown
soon , some guys I have talked to said they are doing ok , couple said they were doing good. (that wasn't much help to you was it ? )

Hey bangngears you might want to look in the bad co. section before considering TMC there is alot of bad stuff posted there. Ever consider hunt transportation?

 

Well there is bad stuff on all of them look at maverick..i fell it is a bunch of crybabys that didn't get their own way. NO never heard of hunt trans...are they flatbed or what? Do they run out of my area?

 

Hey DoubleDrop, I'm in school and Mav. is at the top of my list. I live in MI. does the glass div. run through there? Through Detroit to Canada or the Soo in the U.P.? I live in northwest MI. but grew up in southwest MI. so I know the area well. Is the MI. run always weekly for my hometime? Any comment would be helpful.
