Well; that was neat. I just got a birthday card in the mail from maverick. They thanked me for doing my job and wanted to wish me well. It is little things like that that, that show there are some bigger companies that do not just treat you like a number. Maverick has always treated me well and they treat their drivers like family. Even over the qualcomm when they send messages out company wide it is from the maverick family. I have gotten all kinds of certificates and letters from them. Some company's say they care about their drivers. Some company's actually show that they do.:biggrin_25520:

i did always appreciate when they'd ask 'to drive with lights on' when someone passed away....very respectable.

i wound up there allot, but you'd do fine.....it's not as bad as you might think.......and the cb can be interesting entertainment there........in short durations.
-really you can do it, i did it as an ignorant rookie- beat down tired, with no gps, ..............you can do it fine. (well, i guess i shouldn't tell someone i dont know they can do something- but what i should say is don't underestimate yourself....):yes2557:
the fact that your worried about it shows you'll give it the attention it deserves.:biggrin_25525:

Man that is nice. It is always a good feeling when you are recognized not only for what you've done, but who you are as well.

And I would reckon it is most likely belated, but all the same, Happy Birthday NoTarps! I hope it was a good'un!

I just got finished with my trainer at Maverick Specialized and I drove through Chicago twice. First time quick, second time, snow and many, many hours. Both were an education but doable for a newbie like me.

    ScooterDawg and Faber Thank this.
