    Depends on your state. I know for my state which is South Carolina it’s simple.

    I google the website for South Carolina Secretary of State and login to my account.

    I search up my business name and click on the link that says “Notice of Change of Designated Office, Agent or Address”

    I update information and pay $10 and it’s done. They email you updated documents.

    In MN it ain't bad, I did mine. Just gotta go threw secretary of state, think mine was 35 bucks. All online. I stayed in state, actually same county even.
