Ok I get good feedback here and I have a legitimate question if you go to orientation with a company and have trouble 18th the backing on the road test will they send you home or have you stay at the terminal longer to work on your backing any info is appreciated.

Are you going to orientation with a company that offers refresher courses? If so,you will be ok and they may keep you around for refresher and hit the road with a trainer.
Do you have any Class-A CDL schooling? -

Which company are you going with; maybe some drivers that work there can tell you what to expect.
Is it TMC? -
When I trained a Schneider the initial road test was simply to measure your abilities, very few would have been accepted if we stopped there.

It really depends on the company..
Honestly though, you should know how to drive and back already before you get to orientation as you have a Class A cdl ..Orientation and training is more to show you how the company does things and to get slave labor out of you -
