    This bus ride really sucks specially being schedule my 5:40 am bus broke down few blocks from the terminal after we boarded, so we are running behind about 1 hour if enyone have a good number for the swift shuttle bus if I can please have it I think Im getting to millington after midnight

    sup guys,
    wanted to update this thread, after the crazy first night got to say so far im happy i decided to go with Swift, everything has been just like they said it was the training and instructors are great and take the time to teach and answer questions we just started doing straight line backing and did it all day it was great practice, im tired

    Please ask someone who knows what the procedure will be for someone going there who already has a CDL-A. I know they do all of the instruction like everyone else but when everyone goes to their home state to test out with their DMV, do the ones with a CDL do a pre-trip test with one of the instructors and then go straight to orientation at their home terminal? I have a friend starting on Monday who cannot seem to get a straight answer. I'm certain I know the procedure but want to verify.

    Welp, it's been a long 2 weeks but I've survived and passed everything! Now I'm on ice for a week waiting for a scheduling jam-up to clear for me to go out with a road trainer. Excited to actually do more than idling, backing and standing around in 115* heat on asphault.

    Yeap lets hope on the 29th when I call they have tickets for ocala terminal for me I'm ready to get started, and get out there can't sleep well until I get that CDL in my hand. See you on the Road

    Started road training today in the Mill. WHEW IT WAS HOT. Upshift, downshift, repeat. Get ready guys. It's coming lol. if all goes well and I pass the road eval from my trainer then its DMV Monday.
