Weird vibrations let me say. Like a hopping or galloping let me say. Feel like my younger bourse riding days but I'm not excited or happy about it since I'm driving my truck and not riding my horse.

I got the KW 8 back suspension with the small air lines still haven't updated to the bigger air lines. Anyone have a part number for this. I think it's a kw part number and they sell this kit.

Sometimes I get a weird vibration and it feels speed related not rpm related. It's between 50-70 after 75 it feels smooth again. It's not always vibrating between those speeds its on and of. Sometimes it stay on for a while bu then when I try to repeat it to show someone and get second options what to look over since this thing I went over it with a few other from top to bottom.

i am told by many that's the way it is and just gotta live with it. I will not understand and accept this since this was not happening since purchase of truck. I'm second owner and it started doing this about 150k ago and I beep trying to figure out why. Checking tolerances and changing worn parts but their was few that needed to be replaced or changed.

Or point me to a reputable shop to check drive line angle since I don't have the tool to do this. Also I asked a few KW dealers the correct air bag height and they all have me different measurements. From center of axel to bottom of frame.

    truck is a 2000 kw t600 last six yf845484.

Any inquiries or help appreciated everyone.

Check your front axle alignment if that pass then take it to a trans-shop NOT TA have them check your drive line from the trany all the way back to rear End for loose or leaking seals and they can open the rears and take a peek to see if there are anything questionable there and it should not cost very much as long as they are checking things not fixing anything.

Anyone who told you "that's the way it is and just gotta live with it" didn't tell you that's really French for "I dunno what's wrong or where to even start".

AG 100 suspension, I presume? I do know that there is a world of difference in ride/handling between the smaller air lines and the larger line update kit.
Not sure of KW part number, but check with TruckComponentsOnline. That's one source that should have it or at least know the kit number.
I would definitely change to the larger diameter lines first as well as checking driveline angles, drive & control/sway bar bushings, as well as tire out-of-roundness.

Do you know if it's an AG 100 suspension, or if the previous owner made any attempts at "upgrading" it to a AG 200 or 400?
Note, not that the AG 200 was any "upgrade", as it is famous for problems.

New rear ends and balanced shafts.

alinment was done at same time. Pretty reputable shop.

South west spring in Chicago. Never had a problem with them. They not the ones that told me that's the way it is. They also scratching theirs heads. I mean we went threw this truck thearallly.

The people that told me this is other drivers I see with the ag100. Some of them even sold their trucks cause they couldn't cure it.

Will go over it again and double check everything you guys posted. I really wanna figure this out.

It's a ag100 lucky he didn't try upgrading to more problems. Lol

i know the previous owner very well and knew the truck since it was purchased as a glider in 2000 as i helped him spec it.

out of all the 8 bag kw suspension ag100 was best i think and easiest to maintain and cheaper to maintain. After upgrading the center Y section that holds the torque bars. The originals where known to crack. The new ones they changed material and solved cracking problem.

The Part number for the airbags are K-303-22.... Not sure if that's the part number your looking for or not but they's the part # to the factory airbags on the 8 Bag KW system

Yes does it bobtail. Not looking at the trailer. Looking over the truck. Feels like a drive tire or maybe can shocks are done for.

I called truck components online and they dunno anything about the bigger air line kits for the ag100.
i talked with KW dealer and they saying their is no update in their system for the bigger air lines and fittings.

are you guys making them yourself or is their a actual manufacture that makes and sells these for the ag100.

    Thanks guys.

I don't know about a kit but you can go to KW and order AG-400 parts for my T-600 last 6 are 086997 get lines, bags, and valves if you want, but it sounds more like a bushing or tire problem(broken belt) to me.
