Pulled your wheels off lately?
Older hub piloted wheels that have been removed and re installed several times can lose their true, and be tightened to the hub off center. My 2001 W900 wheels were so bad I had to purchase the centering tools from "Tru Center". Day and night difference! -
I recommend those or something similar on hubcentric wheels, major difference on steer tire wear.
Did you balance your steer tires? -
Assuming correct alignment, I would look at your ride height. In my experience with 8-bag trucks that has been the source of most vibrations. 1/2" out "at rest" will cause a vision blurring vibration at speed due to lost angle at the u-joints on the jackshaft. If your wheel is behind centre on the slider your 5th wheel may drop when you unhook and "re-adjust" your ride height valve for you.
-
But confused what you mean by "If your wheel is behind centre on the slider..."
Are you referring to the rear axle center, as being the "wheel" part of your statement? -
what is the possibility that the tire(s) are coming apart from the inside creating a bubble in the tire?

Casual trucker may be right but the first thing I will check on that is your joints eight packs eat you joints joints I don’t know why
-
Also, if anybody’s had your U joints a part recently check and see if they got them a tooth off on the driveline that will give you a vibration at certain speeds, depending on how many tooth or teeth off it is out of time, then start looking for the expensive stuff

Hey, has anybody out there ever had a problem with the tops of the airbags bending bending the mounts and the tops of the airbags. AHauling 80 to 90,000 £ . I believe it has to do with the ride controls but I thought I had them adjusted correctly.
Appreciate any ideas or guys. Oh
Also I replace the dog bones in the back but not the front. I took them apart today and didn’t find anything wrong with them. The beat the bushings on the transit bars or the equalizer bars on the front and rear.
I do not see how that would effect the airbags. Any suggestions? It’s a friggin eight pack it’s on 2005 KWT 800 thank you
