Questions about Trucking Schools in California.

My mom has been working for this Filipino lady for the past 10 years. I think it is more of a racial thing. Out of 10 staff, 6 are Philipino. Not to mention 80% of the patients are Filipinos. I personally think my mom should be paid much, much more since she does multiple things.

She translates to the few indian people that they do have, she serves food and cleans up after, and she has to sit in the bathroom with those who cannot help themselves. I mean really, I'm surprised my mom hasn't filed a legal notice for how she is treated. Heck I would demand that the boss show how many times she has flown to other countries just in the past year itself.
